What a great framing hammer! I’ve always owned the standard hammers that you use for hanging pictures etc. and I would always use it for projects large and small around the house but nothing compares to the Dewalt 22 OZ. It feels very balanced and the weight of it easily drives nails and whatever else needs convincing to the move 🙂 I can’t say enough and I’m very pleased. I wish this would have been an Amazon Prime item to get the free 2-day shipping but I’m still very happy with it and I would buy it again without hesitation. Thanks again!

Good value, has a proper nail set. A lot better made than the 14oz framers. I am a union carpenter and after a good day of use it made my elbow hurt. Due to vibration. I’ll be leaving this hammer at home where I won’t be swinging it much. But for the price it’s a better hammer than the 60 dollar dewalt hammers.

I work in concrete. This hammer is awesome. It does everything I need it to. It works well with wood. It works well with hitting concrete. It works well when hitting metal. The forks on it are long, so taking nails out is really easy with it.

I remember I bought my dad an 18 oz dewalt for $60 and my wooden dewalt hammer for $50 at Whitecap. My wooden hammer finally cracked on me while stripping forms, so I got this one. $30 is a STEAL.
